Francis Bacon comes to Tate Britain February 2018 ALL TOO HUMAN BACON, FREUD AND A CENTURY OF PAINTING LIFE

From 28 February 2018 to 27 August 2018, Francis Bacon’s art will be showcased in an exciting new exhibition at London’s Tate Britain.

‘All Too Human: Bacon, Freud and a Century of Painting Life’. will feature artworks along side his close friend Lucian Freud and works by those of his other London-based contemporaries.

The show will celebrate painters in Britain who strove to find ground breaking ways of depicting people, places, feelings and relationships, capturing the sensuous immediate and intense experience of life in paint in the most intimate of ways.

It will be first time in over thirty years that the UK has exhibited three of Francis Bacon’s most important artworks.
